Sentumar is a private Australian property group. A portfolio built over forty years and still growing: places to store, to work, to live and to stay.
Assets enter the portfolio and stay there. Every decision is made on a horizon of decades: how a building will age, how it will run, and how it will serve the people who use it.
Sentumar is the name on the title and the counterparty of record behind each of its businesses. Day-to-day management has stayed inside the group since the first site.
Each platform trades under its own brand. Sentumar stands behind all of them.

Land & buildings combines ~40,000 sqm of built area across the operating sites with the ~80,000 sqm Jindabyne development site (currently under development). Approved expansion adds a further ~3,100 sqm.
Sentumar was founded in 1986 by Shane Marshall, who built the group's first development with his family. The standards set on that site, for service, quality and detail, remain the measure of our work today.
Forty years on, the group is wholly owned and run by the family. Shane remains at the table, and the second generation shapes the current and future landscape of the group. It is one of the reasons we are able to care for what we build over the long term.
The group puts its buildings, its fleet and its people behind community organisations doing good work, across our sites.
Our Kingsgrove workspace makes room for people giving back, from community broadcasting to grassroots sport and fundraising for families in need. The podcast studio, a hot desk and warehouse space are theirs, at no cost.
Eastgardens gets behind local sport, keeping the kits, equipment and gear of nearby clubs stored close to where it is played. Units are given free or sponsored, with our courtesy truck on hand whenever a club needs to move.
In Penrith we sponsor storage for local sport, keeping training and race-day equipment safe and ready for the next start line.
Beyond our sites, we stand behind charities changing lives, supporting families in hardship, people experiencing homelessness and children doing it tough. We give each warehouse space, secure units and the courtesy fleet to hold and move what they collect, and give.
Careers here span front of house, operations, maintenance and management. Whichever brand you work under, you join the group.
We invest in people on the same terms as our buildings: for the long term. We are not always advertising, but we always want to hear from good people. Send a general enquiry and we will keep you in mind.
